Mike Kuzminski is a seasoned cybersecurity leader with 25 years of experience navigating the trenches and organizational politics of enterprises and cybersecurity. As a first-generation American of Polish and Ukrainian descent, Mike has always brought determination and a unique perspective to his career. His journey includes acceptance into the prestigious FBI Academy and significant contributions to the security posture of Fortune 500 companies such as Johnson Controls, Rockwell Automation, and Weber Grill.

Throughout his career, Mike has held roles ranging from software developer to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), gaining insights into the technical and leadership challenges faced by organizations worldwide. His global implementations and strategic initiatives have cemented his reputation as a thought leader in the cybersecurity space. Mike holds multiple respected certifications, including CISSP and CISM, underscoring his commitment to professional excellence.
