  • Costs are simple:
    • Searching is FREE!
    • Shortlist fee - no more than $2,500 (lower depending on demand) - This is to get more details on the match, perform virtual interview and analysis using AI, and ability to communicate with talent.
    • Placement fee - Starts at 12% - This is if you hire the talent. Your shortlist fee from above is credited against this amount.

  • Only pay for what you use. No monthly fees. Recruiters can search for free and if looks like a potential match, pay a shortlist fee to get more details of a search and the ability to send questions with talent being shortlisted discreetly. This fee also gets applied as credit to the placement fee!
  • Affordable placement fee - Recruiting placement fee maxes out at 12% and below. Why is it so low? We utilize AI and our expertise to quickly and efficiently match candidates. We do this so that third-party recruiters can also take advantage of the platform and help their clients find better cyber talent faster! The shortlist fee is even credited against this 12% for additional savings!
  • Removing unconscious bias from the hiring process. We use standard Quantitative measurements and AI to help you find the best match for your organization.
