Shortlist fee - no more than $2,500 (lower depending on demand) - This is to get more details on the match, perform virtual interview and analysis using AI, and ability to communicate with talent.
Placement fee - Starts at 12% - This is if you hire the talent. Your shortlist fee from above is credited against this amount.
