How Does It Work?
We are not a job board or job listing site. We are a talent matching platform. We believe in privacy for both talent and recruiting organizations.
We charge a membership for cyber talent to join the platform. The options vary from monthly, yearly and good until hired (lasts until you are hired through the platform whether it's one week or two years).
We make preliminary AI searches free for recruiters. If they are interested in the results, they pay to short list the search to get more details and ability to ask the talent questions and communicate with one (1) of their search results.
If they decide to pursue a candidate, they will request approval to message you in the platform. You will see what the position is they are hiring for along with compensation automatically. If you approve of communication, they have 60 days to decide to hire you or not. If they hire you, they pay a placement fee to us and your membership is inactive until you wish to join again.
